CANCELLATION POLICY
Hey there, my beautiful and confident client!!!Just want to clearly communicate anything over 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment must be rescheduled and will result in a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the booked time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the total of the service. Any no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service. I will not rebook you after 2 last minute reschedules, cancellations, or no shows. Please make sure to contact me directly by texting 605.553.5254 to cancel or reschedule appointments, a minimum of 24 hour notice is required to avoid any fees.
